Matt was great. Responded right away to my email message, and was able to come to my home in a couple of days and get my home wifi network up and running perfectly. He even tipped me off that my Vtel router wasn't running at optimum speed and I should call Vtel and have them send me a new one.

Needed an applecare service on my macbook pro. I was explained the time it would take to do it, and what would be done. Computer was returned on time, fixed, and all cleaned up! Thanks!Love keeping it local!

Not trying to knock Small Dog, but if you have any MAC needs ACT is the place. Matt is smart, fair and will do what he can to troubleshoot the issues. HIGHLY recommend ACT for your computer needs.
