Carrie, Karl, and David, responded promptly to check our 35 year old Electrolux Central Vac which worked perfectly until it quit. Once we decided to get a new Centralux, they delivered it timely from Rutland to Burlington and were very helpful with installation tips. I recently had a water softener and filter placed by Aerus. Prior to calling Aerus our water was hard, contaminated and causing skin problems. After unsuccessful attempts to find a plumber we called Aerus. They quickly came out to assess and had everything resolved 2 weeks later. We are so pleased with the service and results. The water is clear, clean, no more odor and our skin and hair feels better. Best of all it is once again safe to drink.
