I am elated that I found Judy!I have long blonde hair, and I have had horrible experiences with breakage and uneven color.Judy nailed the color, cut and style! She also did a deep conditioning treatment that made my hair feel like silk. Plus, she was a blast, caring and funny. Her prices are very reasonable. She is clearly a hidden treasure. I highly recommend her for blonde highlights/color and cut.I’ve added two pics since Judy colored my hair. I learned some cool ways to style my hair during COVID.
