After reading some of the derogatory comments written about the Swanton and Richford Dental Clinics I felt that I should share my experiences with both of these places. I recently broke two crowns off at the base of two teeth that anchored a partial bridge. Although not especially painful they caused a large gap in the front of my teeth that was extremely embarrassing for me. When I called Swanton the operator worked to find a place for me in that day’s busy schedule. I saw Dr. Tang and she worked for over an hour to give me a temporary fix. Today that temporary fix broke and when I called Swanton to see Dr. Tang I was immediately connected to Richford where Dr. Tang was working today. I was worked into their schedule by another kind operator and 2 1/2 hours later and a lot of time and effort I went happily home with my smile intact. I cannot say enough good things about every person I was in contact with in Swanton and Richford. I was treated with kindness and respect and everything possible was done to treat me and my problem.
