Cliff was quick to schedule an assessment to get a permit to demolish an old building on the lot next to ours. He was thorough, was willing to tell us the reasoning behind certain tests he had to submit and gave us multiple options for proceeding. He was easy to communicate with via text, email and phone and kept us up to date on the status of the report/findings/permitting. He's a common-sensical man and we love that! Thanks Cliff!

I had to remove the in-round oil tank in preparation for the sale of my home in Ludlow. The whold crew was great - knowledgeable, curtious, and efficient.Wish I had more things I needed done that fit their capabilities!
