If you're not working with Ben and his company, Black and Tan Construction, on your project in the greater Ludlow area, you are making a mistake. I decided to hire Ben based on the detail and quality of his initial proposal and communications and was pleasantly surprised when his numbers were substantially better than some of the other established operators.I continued to be impressed throughout the site work process, both with his attention to communications, his keen eye for siting considerations given his background in surveying and the robust suite of equipment he had available to tackle all elements of the site work package for our vacation home in Ludlow.From...read full review
