Incredible machine. I’m not an athlete by all means, and using the rower a few times a week has made my whole body feel stronger. Really enjoyable workout that can be pushed as hard as you’re willing. Don’t be fooled by the other companies out there: Concept 2 is the best choice!
I recently booked an Ashiatsu massage with Katyann, and it was fabulous! If I didn't know she was massaging me with her feet, I would have never been able to tell the difference. She has amazing control over the pressure she is able to give. I love Deep Tissue Massage normally and have a hard time finding a therapist who is able to give the correct pressure to work out the knots in my shoulders and back.
