I purchased a Fecteau home in March 2023. The best part is the home is highly energy efficient which is a big bonus in VT. Any and all issues I have had with my new home have been remedied and fixed by either Fecteau themselves or the warranty company they call for larger issues. I'm sure I have come across as a pain as I know I only have one year to report any issues but they have never been rude or unprofessional when I have contacted them. I have been reading reviews complaining about cheap materials but that is on the manufacturer I would assume.
