The care and coaching I received for post surgical physical therapy was excellent. It was 8 weeks of strength and balance training. Not only was Amanda extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about my recovery, she made each visit fun with her encouragement and good humor.

I've been a member for over 10 years now and cannot say enough good things about this gym! The people are lovely, kind, and professional. The gym is always clean and the machines are well maintained. The clientele are friendly, and it's relaxed, upbeat atmosphere. I'm so grateful for these folks who work so very hard for their patients and their members, from the front desk to the PTs. Just wonderful people!

Promised Jackie I'd post a pic if I made it to the top of Pyramid Peak in CO. She's been instrumental in helping me with my back pain. I never would have been able to do it carrying my own pack without her exercises.
