My AC died last week - and I forgot to call them until about 5:15 PM on Friday. Early Monday morning Dave, their air conditioning guy, called - he could come by late afternoon to check out the problem and see if it was a quick fix. He did, and it wasn't. He came back TODAY - remember, this is the SECOND BUSINESS DAY after I called in the problem, and we're in the middle of a 90+ degree heat wave in VERMONT. I'd been expecting to not even see anyone for a week, since I'm sure they're swamped with service calls! He found the issue, ran a new cable from compressor to fan unit (which is located in my 120+ degree attic!) and the air conditioning is working again and cooling down my house. I'm VERY impressed with the speed of their reaction and with Dave personally for how he fixed a unit he wasn't familiar with. (Note - I'm a technician by trade. I KNOW that a true pro can't be personally familiar with every system out there. He researched the error code my system was giving, and then knew what to fix. - THAT'S a professional!) I will certainly call CVPH again when I need service for my AC. (I call them for my heating system, too...) No question; Champlain Valley Heating and Plumbing are THE people to call when you need someone to service your HVAC. I won't be calling anyone else.

Great job getting our furnace to run. Thanks for coming out in the snow to help us out. The house is warming up fast:)
