I've had a couple of very good experiences with this company. We purchased a new home in 2022. I had not been on a well for a very long time and needed a refresher. They came over showed me how the system worked, taught me to change the filter, etc. I've had a few times where I've reached out with basic questions, which they've always helped with. Highly recommend them.

We held a memorial service at our house last weekend and our 30 year old well pump couldn’t keep up with all 17 of us, so it quit Saturday night and left us hauling water up from the brook to flush toilets.So we called Onion River early on Sunday morning and Josh came right over and diagnosed a well pump failure. They had the trucks at our house at 0615 on Monday morning and got our water working by 1000.Simply outstanding service. We had air in our well water lines so we called Onion River Well Service. Josh responded almost immediately. He was able to make the repair in about thirty minutes! We are grateful for his professional and quick service. The costs were very reasonable and we would not hesitate to call Onion River Well and Spring Service again for any future needs.
