“I recently purchased a home in Manchester, and decided to go with Cota and Cota for my heat and oil needs. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my boiler that required me to shut it off. Their technician, Ethan, responded quickly. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Despite running into a few hitches, he was able to get my heat up and running within several hours. Whenever I call their office, I am warmly greeted by their receptionist, Jen. She is always patient with my seemingly endless questions and is an absolute sweetheart. Admittedly, I generally don’t take the time to make such reviews, but have had such a positive experience that I felt obligated to do so. Their oil costs are slightly higher than some of their competition, but the quality of service makes it totally worth it. Cota and Cota truly lived up to their reputation and I will certainly recommend them to others in the future.“
