I recently purchased a home in Manchester, and decided to go with Cota and Cota for my heat and oil needs. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my boiler that required me to shut it off. Their technician, Ethan, responded quickly. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Despite running into a few hitches, he was able to get my heat up and running within several hours. Whenever I call their office, I am warmly greeted by their receptionist, Jen. She is always patient with my seemingly endless questions and is an absolute sweetheart. Changing to Cota & Cota last year was the best thing we could have done. My business can’t be without heat, or guests would be very irritable. They are so responsive and caring. Dave is a pleasure to work with and takes his position there very seriously. We are happy we switched for all accounts (we have a historic house with oil steam heat, and 2 other buildings on propane). They can handle it all under one roof which also simplifies the communication and delegating. Thank you!Services: Repair HVAC

Employees should have training to learn how to speak with customers in a caring manor. Jen, you don't know everyone's life situation so next time you belittle someone and their financial situation during a cold winter when they need to keep their kids warm and the BROC hasn't replied in weeks, how about you don't use the words "we're gonna have a problem". Cota and Cota- check your employees and for everyone else ask for someone other than Jen when you call.
