Was unable to access anything on laptop - for months.... I remembered using Northeast Computer Systems some years ago for an issue with my desktop with great results. I came in with the laptop and in twenty minutes was 100% back in business - issue identified, explained, resolved. Incredible personal service, awesome price! Highly recommend! Josh is the MAN! This guy REALLY understands Linux systems! A great multi-tasker, excellent communicator. Amiable and knowledgeable. Sticks to what he says, prompt service! I can’t say enough good things about NEComputer. I’ve been a customer over 20 years and they are unfailingly professional, helpful and fair. More than a few times Josh has gone out of his way to help me figure out a problem or glitch. Their costs are reasonable and I have never felt pressured or hustled into a more expensive option.There are businesses that gave more stock and more staff, but I defy you to show me one with more dedication to quality service and community spirit. A great example of small business at its best.
