If you had asked me a about two years ago I would have recommended them but to date I can not say thay are top notch. Over the past year my 3 year old dog has had issues with his back I have taken him in multiple times to get it checked out only to not have any real answer as to what is going on. Emily Sullivan, who by the way is a excellent vet and shouldn't wast her time in this practice, did say he had an elongated spine but, Dr. Gifford doesn't seem concerned at all she just keep giving him different pain meds that don't work and at one point said well we could cut his tail off but I don't think that's going to help, REALLY???? yesterday my cats usual vet was not in the office and he was having an emergency. i called Riverside and they got us pretty much right in. the team there was OUTSTANDING. i was extremely emotional and they took wonderful care of me and my cat. i can not remember the vets name but she took so much time to explain things to me and she and josh were so kind and compassionate to both me and my sick upset kitty. i really can not thank them enough for all they did for us. they are such a wonderful team of people ❤️

Dr. Gifford is one of the sweetest and most caring doctors I know. She is so understanding and meets her patients in the middle. I have a purebred shepherd who is having some complications right now, and she has explored every Avenue to keep him comfortable in the most cost effective way.
