Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. Thank you all so much!“

“They listen to your concerns and they treat your curbs it’s like there own. Very careful handling our babies and explain what our furry lil babies need for supplements and very reasonable prices. They aren’t out to gouge you.“

“They are there with whatever we need regarding our pets. When one of dogs needed help the vet brought her dog with her in case she needed a transfusion. The staff is friendly and efficient and loving and knowledgeable-all you could ask for and need.“

They squeezed us in this morning and Dr. Leblanc (who is an amazing doctor) discovered the hematoma. Zoe was super helpful and Kobie started making calls to see who may be available to perform this delicate surgery. So grateful to have such an amazing animal hospital close by.“

The staff is very accommodating, supportive and prompt to reply when we have issues and questions! They have text capability on their primary phone number! Nice, no missed voice messages and need to call back! We've seen new staff and new doctors there in an ever-changing animal hospital, yet, whoever is at the counter or replying via text, ...the support for pet and client has never diminished at all. It is always A+. Like many businesses now, they have policies that I am fine with in these ever changing times and do be aware that pet care now is very expensive, no matter where you go for quality care. “My husband and I are beyond thrilled with our experience with the care we received for our cat Patrick. We moved to NNY 2.5 years ago with our 8 cats. Patrick was a special case who needed specialized surgery. Thankfully, our new vet in Canton, NY referred us to BEVS. It's been 6 months and Patrick has recovered very well and is a NEW cat (actually he's now a 6 year old kitten!)
