from the first day I called them, they got back to me very quick. they did a great job and explained to me the process. then a year later, on the weekend our water stopped..I called them and they were an hour away. they came and were there in an hour. they fixed the problem fast, and said it was under warranty.. these guys are great, kind, honest and I recommend them. they have been around a long time and know what to do.. jim

Our pipes had frozen over the weekend, so we called Spafford and Sons. they came over immediately and assessed the problem. They came back the next day and had Chris, excavate our well along with the crew from Spafford installing new lines and insulation. I was so impressed with their professionalism, diligent work and working under extreme cold temperatures. They had us up and running with working water again. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you for coming to our rescue!

On Christmas Eve after 6pm I lost my water, I called the hotline and got an immediate call back. After speaking with the gentleman who gave me a couple things to check before needing his services I called back and even though I was a bit hesitant because it was Xmas eve and I didn’t want to disturb his family time he assured me that in no way would I be doing that and he would have trouble knowing I was without water and with zero hesitation came to my rescue! Installed a new pump for me and made sure everything was 100% before leaving. There’s a lot to be said about professionalism these days and Spafford & Sons takes the cake. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else at this point and highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you for saving my Xmas!!
