When they come to take care of something, I know that it's been handled correctly and is not something that I need to be concerned with. I called this morning with a somewhat off the beaten track request. I asked if they could cap my natural gas line to a clothes dryer we were replacing with a new electric dryer. They had a cancellation and were able to help me out that same afternoon. What great service! I have had all great experiences with this company.Update: We woke up this morning to no heat or hot water. I was able to reset the system to get it working and therefore didn’t call immediately for emergency service. Later in the morning I did call and Justin arrived before noon. He quickly determined and rectified the likely cause. Once again every aspect of my interaction with this company continues...read full review
