Got in due to an emergency. My regular vet wasn't available and didn't have any options for me within a good time frame. Norwich Animal Hospital got us in within an hour of me calling. They diagnosed Nancy and got her hydrated, medicated and on the mend within an hour! Now she is thriving! I love this place. When you walk through the door you know you're in an establishment that loves their animals and always puts animals wellbeing at top priority! Such caring and loving people! Thank you all!
So my girl Daisy has been going to NRAH for a few years now. They found out what was happening with her tail and was able to fix that right away, which our other vet misdiagnosed what was going on.
And just recently, my little girl got very sick on a Sunday night. They were so amazing and we were able to get her in Monday and took such good care of her and just made us feel 100 times better knowing she was in such good hands with people that truly care. I would 100% recommend this veterinary clinic to anybody for how amazing and caring Dr Lisa and the whole staff are to patience and their parents!
Earlier this week our beloved 18 year-old Kitty seemed suddenly in bad health. She was apparently paralyzed. We reached out to The Norwich Regional Animal Hospital. Katie at the front desk was able to arrange for us to bring Kitty in within the hour. As we had feared after an examination it was clear the best course of action was to assist Kitty in ending her struggle. The staff, from beginning to end, could not have been more professional, compassionate and understanding of our painful situation and caring for Kitty. I cannot more strongly recommend them. Thank you.
