Recently purchased a house in Wilmington, VT and was extremely impressed with Heritage's home inspection. Not only was their price competitive, but the inspection was incredibly thorough and detailed. I have had inspections done in the past, but Heritage's was by far the best.

Knowledgeable, thorough, extremely helpful. After going through the process of buying my first home, I was nervous about not getting my money's worth and not getting a good home inspection. No worries after Bob's nearly 4 1/2 hour inspection. He walked us through everything he inspected and educated us about the home we were buying. We walked away from the inspection noticing things we hadn't noticed when we first looked at the house, and also being reassured about the smart decision we were making by buying this particular home.
