It is a magical property offering everything wellness from mental health therapies, massage, chiropractic, energy healing, and yoga. The practitioners are amazing beings of light, inspiring and admirable. The farm hosts a summer yoga festival and offers seasonal experiences like sauna parties with cold plunges. It provides healing, community, and great vibes that transcend seasons, leaving visitors feeling peaceful, refreshed, and enriched. It is a unique place in the Upper Valley for those looking for healing.
Beautiful spot my family and I camped on. France (sorry if I misspelled the name) was a great human being who helped me out with a small emergency, and was really kind and pleasure to talk with and hear about his story in the farm. Very inspiring and admirable person.Wes also waved and introduced themselves to us and I could feel the great aura from afar who was also kind about my dog almost barking at him !Thank you again, and look forward to coming over again!

I love Milldale Farm Center for Wellness! I was introduced to Wes and Kyla in 2018 at the Be True Yoga Festival that Milldale Farm hosts during the summer and as soon as I arrived I knew I'd be back for many years to come! Although I could write an entire review about the festival I actually came to celebrate that the amazing vibes and loving transcends season! This year a few friends and I booked a Sauna Party on the property and got to experience the winter beauty. Wes was so helpful and accommodating in setting up our booking and easing any concerns and questions we had.
