Dana and Thomas (darned nice guys) showed up when promised (or communicated promptly if delayed due to storms), performed professional work with attention to detail, solved puzzles with patience when I would have quickly blown a fuse, explained everything in terms my non-plumber brain can understand, and when all was done left our home so clean that it wasn't obvious they'd ever been here. We found a couple tiny leaks afterwards (I forgot to disclose to them that I have a years-long curse for bad luck with plumbing everywhere I've lived after leaving my parents' home, including my college dorm...sorry guys!) and they zipped right back out to fix them.

Work done: New heat-pump water heater to replace a complicated 40-year-old solar water system, two new showers, and replaced copper drain pipes with PVC (apparently copper drain pipes corrode from the inside out...ew).

A+ all around...they set the standard for how this work should be done!“
