Andrew and Ethan are very courteous and professional. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything they did in great detail to get my heating system up and running. I highly recommend Brocks Heating.
Just when think Ethan Bates might be stumped, he isn’t. Ethan knew enough about the vagaries of high efficiency boilers to advise me to periodically power cycle the boiler to bypass some error codes which should not have been displayed after his repair. Hours later, after a few power cycles every 30 minutes or so, my gas boiler was working!
The propane heater still makes a loud snaping noise, much louder than another one i have which is barely noiceable. After reading manual it's possible it could be the gas solenoid. Very noticeable. Please respond. Thanks
