Horizon salon is run by the most amazing, hilarious, and professional owner! I have been going to Josie at Horizon Salon since I was 4 (I am now in my 20's) and have received nothing but the best service in all of the years I've been going. I always go to Horizon Salon thinking about how great it is that the owner has taken the time to get to know my hair and hair type. This is something she does with every single one of her clients.
