“My rescue pup is anxious to say the least, so the thought of boarding her while I’m away always brings up a lot of anxiety for me as well! That said, once I dropped her off and the compassionate staff asked all the right questions, I could tell my dog was in good care, and I felt confident going on my way! They also board cats, which is not always easy to come by. I could tell my kitty was comfortable and loving the staff and cat trees by the much appreciated photos posted every day on Facebook. The cost is also very reasonable compared to other boarding places. Thank you for taking good care of Billie and Olive. This is our boarding spot from now on!“

“Our doodle Willow loves going to the Crate Escape. We have been on weekend trips as well as multi-week long trips and every time we pick her up she is happy and exhausted. Photos are being uploaded daily onto FB and it is always comforting to know that she is in a happy place.

She has learned to temper her approach with a wide variety of other dogs, vocalize her limits, communicate her needs, engage otherwise timid or reserved dogs, and even demonstrate “how” to play appropriately with dogs new to the group doggy daycare scene. She attends the Enrichment Day programming one day each week, and receives structure, games, obstacle courses, puzzles, and small group engagement. This is ideal for Aussies! What a relief to find he was in great care. She was kind, very knowledgeable, and clearly has a natural connection with dogs. And best of all it was apparent he too was happy with her“

“This family operated enterprise is outstanding! Liz and Garth put a great deal of time into getting to know the dogs and how to create healthy social groups for them. The groups are small, the place is very clean, and I never worry because the care is the best!“

I've only done the day care, but the more times we visit, the easier it is to drop off and pick up. Most of the staff remember his name and he's only been there a dozen times!

I've heard they had a shake up in staff during COVID, but the ones I've met here now seem genuinely caring. The facilities are adequate and I feel relaxed knowing my dog is with some friends.“
