Josh was extremely professional. We found mold in our nursery and another contractor had torn down the walls and left us high and dry. Josh stepped in and took over the project swiftly and efficiently. He was able to complete the work quickly as he knew we had a deadline to get the baby back in her room. He was extremely conscientious of noise and dirt, and left our house free of debris. Many contractors leave a bunch of junk for you to take care of. He was reasonably priced and we are very pleased with the end result.

I highly recommend Lost Nation Co. Renovations! I’ve had several great experiences with Josh, he’s a truly nice guy who does great work. He’s a very professional, reliable, hardworking and conscientious individual. I’ve had him install vinyl plank flooring, paint several rooms, install a new storm door, put a safety rail around my screen in porch, remodel a small bathroom, swap toilets, faucets, electrical fixtures, outlets, switches and so much more. I will definitely be hiring him again for future projects around my home.
