Michelle is very kind, informed, generous and extremely skilled at her job. She took down a large bald faced hornet nest for me and did a thorough and neat job, using only as much pesticide as was necessary, keeping it well contained. I noticed a crack in a chimney with a somewhat constant pattern of yellow jackets going in and out on Sunday afternoon. I called Grenier's around 10AM on Monday and they had the nest eradicated by 1PM.All of my questions and concerns were handled over the phone and then with follow up information via text message. I was nervous about the difficulty and expense of a professional extermination and the ladies I spoke with at Grenier's put me at ease. I will absolutely call them again should the need arise.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
