There is no team I would entrust my kids' athletic (and personal) development to more than Sheila & John. Sheila was my elite high school track coach, and she drove me personally and athletically in ways that made me a much more effective athlete, and resiliant person - as a teen and now an adult with kids of my own. Did you know she used to do sports pscychology for olympic athletes? Yep, she's the real deal. Total power couple in the national sports scene, and good people to boot.
