Poor phone system. Lots of high tech equipment. Under manned reception staff. Low moral. Act like they have so much business they don't give a care. Not price competitive. Better experience at Costco for way less.

I would like to commend Dr Erikkson and Office Manager Matt for their prompt return calls and excellent service. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, the office was closed and their deliveries were interrupted and considerably slowed. I had been waiting on a pair of glasses that had to be repaired out of office. I needed these glasses to see and my replacement drug store glasses weren’t effective. Matt was able to make me a replacement pair of glasses to use until my other ones were finally delivered to the office.
