Eyecare of Vermont provides a positive experience for its clients. Doctors, such as Dr. Busier and Dr. Erickson, are thorough, kind, professional, and pleasant. The staff is wonderful and professional. While some clients have experienced minor delays at the front desk, overall, the practice is highly recommended for its excellent attention, expertise, and thoughtful care.

This year my appointment went fast. Usually I’m there waiting for almost two hours from beginning to end. This year Dr. Phillip was on time and didn’t make we wait long. She asked questions and told me my results. She was much more forthcoming. I hope this can be the norm from now on.

There was an issue with billing which I had to question the front desk to get resolution. It did get resolved but only because I pushed the issue and talked with the office manager.
