A client sent me what should have been a beautiful bouquet of flowers. They arrived dried out and dying in a mismatched vase, with dropping and bent petals, roses blackened at the edges, and broken stems. The vase was dry, and there was no packet of preservative. Just really a terrible job. My client would be so disappointed to know.
