2020 is my 13th year with VIP, and I can't imagine wanting to work anyplace else. Despite fantastic growth and success, company culture is still all about everyone watching out for everyone else and caring about each and every individual person. We celebrate each other's victories -- both in work and personal life -- and help each other out when someone needs a boost. A great support structure = happy employees = our best efforts to do right by our customers. I am so happy to work for a company that understands this.
