By using the app, I can check in to see the wait times if there are any and put my name in the queue, very convenient and easy to do. I've been there twice and we'll continue as a regular customer.

Great Haircut and great location (next to Costco)! They cut my hair exactly as I requested and I didn't have to wait very long. I'm not sure why all the previous bad reviews as it was nothing like my experience.

My son wanted a summer Mohawk cut and Great Clips was super easy and timely. Signed in online, kept track of the wait time from my phone and walked in a few minutes early and they were just about ready. The man who cut my sons hair was friendly and did an awesome job!
