Randy is very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. I can call him on a weekday or weekend and he always shows up to check out our septic that same day. Randy showed up a little late, but communicated the whole time. Showed me what he was doing, let me know I could do it and that barring anything crazy, I wouldn't need to call him for another few years to have a regular pump out of my septic tank. Reasonably priced and honest about everything. I would recommend.
