Colchester Family Eye Care

I recently had an eye exam from Dr Wool at Colchester Family Eye Care. I was told I had to pay for my exam and would be reimbursed from Medicare. I was led to believe I would receive a check for the amount billed. See photo of invoice and highlighted amount to be paid back to me by Medicare. NOT the case. Dr Wool knowingly billed me more than the approved amount by Medicare because I was a new patient. Medicare only approves $143.70 of the $165.00 Second, Dr Wool knew only 80% would be reimbursed. I was not told this. I received a reimbursement $50 less than what I paid ! This a a GROSS misreppresentation.

Great experience with Dr. Wool. Spends plenty of time, gives great and honest advice, and a professional and thorough exam. A MUCH MUCH better experience than I have had with another Burlington optometry center.
