“If you had asked me a about two years ago I would have recommended them but to date I can not say thay are top notch. Over the past year my 3 year old dog has had issues with his back I have taken him in multiple times to get it checked out only to not have any real answer as to what is going on. Emily Sullivan, who by the way is a excellent vet and shouldn't wast her time in this practice, did say he had an elongated spine but, Dr. Gifford doesn't seem concerned at all she just keep giving him different pain meds that don't work and at one point said well we could cut his tail off but I don't think that's going to help, REALLY???? Also my dog has bad anxiety and they don't seem to what to work with him all. All they can recommended is sedating him every time he needs his nails clipped big money racket. That's all they seem to care about is getting their money. We also have insurance on him which they should be putting g through to the insurance company but have refused to do every time saying they don't have the ability to do so we need to do it ourselves when they have done it in the past for us, JOKE!!!! Last week I called to make an appointment and the receptionist who ive never delt with before was very rude. When asked about the insurance yet again I was given we don't do that. I politely stated that they have done so in the past for us and she raised her voice saying I'm sorry but we don't do that. My boyfriend was then heard in the background saying well this had been an issue and we can take our dog somewhere else. She then so rudely said fine take your dam dog somewhere else we don't need your rude attitude. Rude attitude really she's the one with the rude attitude I think they need to get ride of her!!!! Long story short we will not be going back there.“

“It was my first time taking my newly adopted cat to All Points Animal Care in Rutland. It was a bit of a drive but well worth the trip. The staff were great and I felt like my cat was in good hands.“

“We heard about Eastwood from a friend and Bruce is definitely a 10/10 vet so caring and compassionate with our pets, our beagle had a very large mass that needed to be removed we then found out it was cancer he did an AMAZING job with her, he was dedicated the whole way through her heeling process, he saved our beagles life we couldn’t have done it without him! They are willing to work with you for payment arrangements. We are so grateful for Bruce and his team !!!“

“I had never brought my pets here before, but my baby Samson just passed away last week and we got him cremated through this vet. They did an amazing job with my baby boy, and they were so considerate in the way they handled him. He was a 80lb pitbull lab mix, and they treated him so respectfully when transferring him into the building, especially given the fact that my family and I were not in the best emotional state; the staff were so supportive after letting us say our final goodbyes. The package we got a week later was absolutely beautiful; it came with the sturdy metal urn and a clay paw print with his name at the bottom.
I don’t have any input on their veterinary care, but the way they handled my Samson was so admirable and I would highly recommend.
