Jim Doran provides excellent service. He is prompt in his bidding and makes sound roofing recommendations. He repaired my garage roof which was a hot mess. It was impossible to determine the extent of the repair until the roof was removed and I was shocked to see the damage over the years. He was fair about additional cost and his workers were professional and paid attention to detail. Later this month Jim will install a metal roof for my residence. Scott and his crew had done several houses in the neighborhood, the year before and did an amazing job. When we were ready to replace our roof, we called Fontaine Roofing and Siding. Scott came up looked things over, asked what product we wanted to go with (shingles or metal). Answered all of our questions about the different products and sent us a quote. Once locked in, we set the date and the crew arrived at 7 AM and got started. They did an amazing job, taking the old shingles off, laying out new tar paper and beginning to lay the new shingles. Most important before they left each day, everything was picked up like the hadn't even been here. 2 days later the ridge cap was applied, and they were done. From the time I met with Brian (their estimator), to the great communication that Bruna in their office provided I was pleasantly surprised by the level of info and coordination. The crew did a fantastic job as well! The took necessary precautions to avoid any damage to items surrounding the house, did a thorough clean up so great, that other than the new shingles I would have never known they were here!
