“Jake one of my boys(dog)has low grade mass cell cancer; I like that they document where every lump, bump, skin tag is on him. Dozer my other boy they've helped some w/ his SEVERE anxiety, I really wish they could/would help more so I could do more w/ my Therapy boy Jake before like I did before I got Dozer as puppy..aswell as do things w/ Dozer. People tell me get rid of Dozer if he's that bad...well would you just get rid of your child if it were the same situation; my pups love me unconditionally & vise versa! I'd never give up on them like they dont give up on me!!???Jake loves his car rides w/ mom, taking walks; if I could do it w/ both them together I would in heartbeat! I have walk them individually bc they're both large dogs, taking walks w/ both together is too difficult; car rides for Dozer is traumatic for him so I take him in the car as little as possible. They've helped w/ my cat who was diagnosed recently w/ Diabetes.The only downfall I find w/ them is their charges are extremely higher then other vets in the area; it makes it difficult for someone on a set monthly S.S. income!“

“They listen to your concerns and they treat your curbs it’s like there own. Very careful handling our babies and explain what our furry lil babies need for supplements and very reasonable prices. They aren’t out to gouge you.“

“I was able to get immediate care for my cat. Everyone on staff was kind and informative. Information was clearly presented. They handled Ziggy really well and he can be difficult to work with. Prices are very reasonable for urgent care. The clinic itself is very clean and comfortable.“

“We have been so pleased and impressed with Malletts Bay Veterinary Hospital for the 2 years we've been going there. They nursed our old dog through to the end, and Dr. Wohlhueter has been so wonderful with our older cat. She takes the time to listen. She treats us as valued members of the decision making care team (seems obvious, right, but it wasn't where we were previously). If it's hard to get through on the phone sometimes, particularly in the morning, it's because the front desk and tech staff is also excellent. They also take the time to listen, ask questions, and help make a sensible plan. Testing is expensive everywhere these days, but when the visits don't involve a lot of testing, prices are reasonable. And so worth it for the care. Highly recommend.“

Dr Mark Murphy was extremely patient and caring taking tons of time to be sure we understood everything he was concerned about. He and Ingrid were extremely sweet and careful about making sure our dog was not nervous or agitated. By far the least nervous I have ever seen my dog at the vet getting blood drawn and shots. Also didn’t try to sell me extra medicines, supplements, or foods that we didn’t need.“
