Awful place. BILLING dept. is unfriendly and run by dinosaurs. They stick to a script and cannot answer humanely. They have names like Betty and Esther... is this the 1950s??? They are condescending and confrontational. I asked several questions about fees added to my patient bill and got irrational explanations, no answers at all or lectures about how they bill. Billing department needs a public review, needs to be online and needs to wake up to the 21st century.If I could select zero starts I would, but the lowest you can do is one star.Even that is too high for them.
Terrible Service!!!!!! Unfriendly people that truly take their time. My son is in college and had to go to UVM Med at 2am due to a closing throat. He was forced to wait 2 hours for a covid test result even though he is vaccinated. He had no access to water or anything to help his throat while waiting. Then they tested him for strep, discharged him, and told him he would get strep throat test results mailed to him (and they never were). They did nothing besides make him sit in an office for 3 hours alone and send him away with cough drops. I would recommend anywhere but this place. They don't even deserve the 1 star. The bill was absolutely absurd! Customer service was so bad too. Disgrace of a medical center.
Took my son for lab work. ALWAYS have been happy with service. Pleasant staff. HOWEVER, yesterday (1/4/21) upon entering the building a woman (nurse, I presume) greeted us with questions before allowing us to enter.We both had our faces covered with gaiters. She told us specifically that CDC guidelines do not allow gaiters. BLATANT LIE. CDC guidelines INCLUDE gaiters as long as they are two layers.VERY disappointed that they would lie unashamedly.
