Ed responded quickly and was very informative. Came to look over a roof with a possible leak. He wasn't able to locate one but the Ridge cap was loose and he offered to add a few nails at no charge for the visit. He didn't have to do that but it was appreciated.

We had a chronic small leak in our roof. After trying several other companies without returned calls, I contacted C.B. at 11am on a Thursday and set up a time to stop by the same day when I returned from work. He was timely, friendly, professional and climbed up on our roof to add flashing and caulking at the source of the leak. Trying to find someone to fix our leak has been a frustrating process and C.B. restored my faith in accessing quality and timely home repair at a good value. Had a great experience with Chittenden Builders, we had a small leak in our roof around the chimney and had been trying to get someone to come take a look for a bit but others weren’t answering/returning calls or weren’t taking on smaller jobs but Chittenden Builders answered the phone and came out same day to take a look and repaired my leak within an hour.
