Once I get the invoice I will be able to name the gentleman who came today….I had the best service with this company I’ve ever had today! (It’s always been good but today was outstanding)They changed my large aquasana whole house filter and the plumber that came was amazing! In and out in record time and highly skilled.
My AC died last week - and I forgot to call them until about 5:15 PM on Friday. Early Monday morning Dave, their air conditioning guy, called - he could come by late afternoon to check out the problem and see if it was a quick fix. He did, and it wasn't. He came back TODAY - remember, this is the SECOND BUSINESS DAY after I called in the problem, and we're in the middle of a 90+ degree heat wave in VERMONT. I'd been expecting to not even see anyone for a week, since I'm sure they're swamped with service calls! He found the issue, ran a new cable from compressor to fan unit (which is located in my 120+ degree attic!) and the air conditioning... read full review
