“Joe Jewett is the best. If there were more stars he would deserve them. He cares about you and he is incredibly responsive. He knows what the problem is really fast given his competence knowledge and extensive experience and he resolves it quickly and economically. I called him last Saturday night and he called back right away and then called me back early Sunday morning having thought about all the information I had given him and then came over in a short while and fixed the problem which was such a relief because I live alone and worried about my septic system backing up and was panicked. He fixed the problem and my septic was fine and I was so relieved. It’s not the first emergency I have had. He has rescued me several times. I’m incredibly grateful that he is my plumber. I have had some awful experiences since moving here 20 years ago with various professionals in the building industry.
