They began working on my problem the next week. I had another problem with the same pipe and they came out within a few days.They're friendly and responsive, and their work is solid and fairly priced. The Cota and Cota team is responsive and professional. Recently they serviced our home in Marlboro. They showed up within 90 minutes of our first call to ensure we had hot water and heat. As a part of their service, they checked all the gas appliances in the house. We needed a new part for our furnace, they were back as promised in two days. They returned again to make sure everything was still working properly. THANK YOU. Everyone from Brattleboro to Bellows Falls was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to resolve our concerns. I highly recommend the Cota and Cota team.
