She did make the appointment, but upon reconsideration decided it would not be safe for such a young child. Please keep in mind that this was in the middle of Covid and masking was mandiated. No clue as to how this little girl would react to a new person, place, etc. It is too bad the reviewer did not speak to Sheila so she could explain her decision.“
