ARC sent an estimator to my home right away following my initial phone call. He answered my questions thoroughly and with care. A quote came within a few days and my new heat pump was installed within their estimated time. Everything was accomplished with ease. Through Efficiency Vermont's rebate program, I received a massive cost reduction. I highly recommend ARC Mechanical!

Excellent work by ARC in designing and installing three HVAC split units in our condo - two wall units and a ceiling cassette. ARC helped us through the HOA approvals and permit preparation, and the techs who did the install were proficient, thorough, and very courteous. We would highly recommend ARC for your HVAC needs.

ARC installed a heat pump unit in my house and I was very happy with the entire experience. The install was clean. They explained the unit thoroughly. I did have an issue with the unit itself making some noise but I took a short video and they sent someone out and corrected the issue quickly and were very pleasant to work with the entire time. The issue was a minor manufacturing defect and not a fault of the installers.
