Larry arranged an inspection very quickly. He spent almost 2.5 hours looking at every aspect of the property we were considering. I felt completely reassured that nothing had been left unconsidered. He also delivered the report within 24 hours of the inspection.
Larry Holland did an exceptional job when he inspected the house im trying to purchase. His report is divided into sections which was easy to understand. He took very detailed pictures and each picture had a detailed description of the problem. He also accommodated the fact that I live far from location and met my realtor there. On top of all that he tried his best to help my realtor understand the problems to relay what she could to me right away. Not to mention his pricing was amazing compared to others I called. I was operating under a pretty condensed timeline. Needed to get a housing inspection done on the quick. Larry was there, walked me through every step, was generally helpful and kind. The final report was clean and concise, easy for me to understand.
