Amazing service!!! I am on automatic refill and noticed that my tank was almost empty. It turns out that Conti's had been trying to reach me during the summer to let me know that, according to state law, my tank needed to be inspected before delivery could be made. My landline was out of service for most of the summer, so they were unable to reach me. One evening, I called and left them a message, explaining that my tank was almost empty and asking them to call me when they opened so I could schedule a delivery. Chris called me back the next morning, and she was so kind and helpful. She explained why I hadn't received a delivery and offered to send an inspector... read full review

Sharing my own frustrations with Conti. I've been a customer for nearly 10 years and have had several minor frustrations, but also some moments of gratitude - a mixed bag. However a month after sending me this year's pre-buy contract and after a phone conversation confirming they received it, they phoned to tell me they would not continue deliveries to me and provided a list of seriously unflattering excuses; the upshot is they are scaling back their delivery zone and have trouble recruiting and keeping employees. They plan to refund me the sum I spent to pre-buy, we'll see.

I made an account with Conti oil, and originally it was pay for delivery. For this season, I switched to a monthly payment instead, because pay on delivery is rough on my wallet. So I give them my first payment and they come out, inspect my tank (as if a new customer? Despite being with them for a year?) and fill it up. A couple days later, I'm out grocery shopping. At checkout, the cashier says "Oh... it says you've reached your maximum limit for the day." I'm standing there confused. I got gas and a breakfast sandwich for under $40 that morning, but that's all. So I check my banking app and... well they took $800 out of my account for the... read full review
