They are charging $250 to change an oil filter. A filter that I A) did not need B)I know how to change C)Lowe's price is $6.98 (which is reatail price BTW as soon as my oil furnace is fixed. I will sooner freeze to death or burn all to heck before I would ever so much as consider calling them again to fix any of my HVAC. I highly suggest to everyone to find another company with fair prices.They should be absouely ashamed. @BBB.ORG please investigate.
After having a rough few days without any cooling from our system, Eric from Wythe Sheet Metal arrives just hours after we discover our basement is now nearly two feet under water. Eric seeing the struggle, retrieves a pump from his work truck and after we got it cranking he even was able to help me repair our sump pump. In what I’ll consider record time, Eric not only fixed our system with minimal effort, but also helped us get the water level down to practically puddles. We’re very thankful for his generosity, expertise and kindness.
