My computer completely died on me and I was happy to find a repair shop that did try to talk me into upgrading or changing parts for far more expensive ones. My computer was getting slow. It took time to get the anti-virus up for scanning along with some other issues. I had heard that Reeves7 was good with computers. I stopped by the store and met the owner. Ultimately I took my computer to him. Ron Reeves did not try to "up sell" me. He had my computer for 2 days. My system had a mechanical hard drive which he switched out. I had my documents, etc. on an external hard drive. He reloaded the operating software and anti-virus. My computer when turned on actually is ready to go in less than a couple of seconds. It is faster now than when it was originally built. My girlfriend was also having computer problems. It would take several attempts to activate the anti-virus to scan the system, and several attempts to shut down the computer. We took her computer to Reeves7 because of my positive experience. We had downloaded her documents, etc. to an external hard drive. He switched out her mechanical hard drive and installed a new RAM. He reloaded the operating software, etc. Her monitor was an old 13" unit. She was able to buy a used 23 inch monitor from him for an extremely reasonable price. There is a warranty on the work. We were very happy with the work as both computers are working faster than when brand new. The costs of the repairs were very reasonable especially when considering or comparing to the cost of a decent new computer. We would certainly recommend Reeves7. It would be worth having him look at a current computer before spending money on a new system.
