On 4-2-23, I had to contact them by telephone at around 10am. I don’t know, who answered the phone, but she was magnificent. I had placed an order online last night for a viewing which is today. I often times find myself on the life with burnout and moody employees. I did not experience that at this establishment. I am traveling manager and constantly find myself having to place orders online for everything. This is service was above and beyond what I expected. Doris and the team at Coulters did the florals at our wedding last weekend and they. were. stunning. Great value, AMAZING service, and they were early for the delivery. The process was so painless and they were so helpful. Doris immediately understood our vision and the outcome was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for more.

I needed to order flowers for a funeral service this past Tuesday December 27th. I called around to may flower shops in the area and most were closed or never called me back. I called Coulters Florist and spoke to Doris and within 20 minutes she was able to help me with my order. From being out of state I was not familier with local florists. I was so pleased with Doris and her quick response and willing to help me. She sent me a text of the arrangement and it was beautiful. I highly recommend her. If there is ever a cause for me to order flowers in that part of Virginia I would use her again. Thanks again Doris for your help.
